How much to ship and where?

well i am trying to sell a bunch of items from my car and just wondering how much shipping generally is like could you give me a ball park figure and is UPS the best to go with for prices?

-cylinder heads-iron
-downpipe
-intake
-rims
-crank

and say shipping across 1/2 the country to just have a general figure

I have always used the post office on the lighter items and ups for the heaviest.

I've always used UPS and the US Postal Service until I recently discovered that FedEx is considerably cheaper than UPS in my area. Also, you can go to all three websites and use their shipping calculator to figure out how much shipping will be to a specific zip code. HTH's
