Well not really a porch but the 3'x4' concrete stoop when you walk out ht efront door,I can see that they made a hole to get under there, its right against the foundation wall of out finished basement ,and the basment stinks....
any bright idea'rs :) :)

skunks

we had a female skunk that had 6 babies in our horse barn the DNR[game warden] told us to go to a hunting store and buy fox pee and put it where the skunks go in and out and they will leave, but i used diesel fuel instead and it worked, the family moved out of our barn , i didnt want to drive 50 miles and buy fox urine, a live trap will work also, and if you get desprate a 12 guage will do the job little messy and really stinks good luck oc, :)

I had a family move in under my porch too. Used a live trap for some then a 22 with bird shot. Works fast but you better have a garbage bag ready, 1 min. window before they release the stinck. The babies we just walked up on about 5 ft. away and bird shot spray them. Works great!!!! Dont forget the stink!!!!!!!!! ;)

This can get a little exciting if there is one or maybe more but you can take a garden hose shove it down the hole and stand there w a 22 waiting for them to come up for air and shoot when they hit the top of the hole then fill the hole fast. If there is more than one the others should drown. I hope your a good shot cause man they hit the top of the hole fast.

Take a box of moth balls and throw them down the hole. That will drive them out. Then, backfill with concrete....

I would feed them table scraps for a week, then after a week stop feeding them. The family of skunks will get mad and then move on to someone elses house. They will feel very unwelcome!

trap them and remove their stink glands....I hear they make good pets.... :D

pour some gas down the hole and light it . watch your hair

You need to trap them and get them as far from the house if you plan to off them. The closer to your house they are when they die, the worse the smell is in your house! Trust me!!! The smell burns itself in your sent glads for weeks. You may be able to get them to leave temperaraly but they will come back. A 22 with bird shot and garbage bags are the way to go. If you catch them in a trap use a white sheet to walk up on them in the cage. Use the sheet like a wall. They dont spray what they cant see, but walk slow. Good luck!!!!!!
