Anyone have tips. I just cant get this bitch on, especially with two gaskets as they require. Anyone got tips. These are for the updated clamps which are smaller yet harder to get on then the others. Thanks in advance!

I gave up. I finally went back to one gasket. Two gaskets put the flanges too far apart so the clamp has to be higher to clear and it hits the manifold. I spent *hours* trying.

If someone has a trick, let us know. I'm putting the stock system back on rather than continue to deal with the reduced clearance everywhere.

On a positive note, one gasket will seal the pipes. I haven't had a problem there. Don't over tighten them or the t-bolt will strip.

A long time ago I was starting to work with a vendor to make us some easy to install and take off clamps but couldn't get the interest. I must have the old style because they aren't too awfully bad.

The old style looks like a hose clamp with 3 sections in the center. The newer one is just a one piece exhaust type clamp. Would a bit of rtv high temp gasket sealant around it with one gasket seal it?
