My rjc controller is maxed out and im at 25psi, what is every doing to get a couple more psi out of it.

Do you have a low psi actuator or High?

If you have the high then I bet your wastegate hole was ported too large and the puck is leaking.

Its a high boost act.. turbo was installed rt. from limit. I did not port the hole at all.

Higher Pressure Spring

Get a higher pressure spring from the hardware store. It worked for me.Just back off on the valve after putting the new spring in.This will keep you from over boosting.

Back the RJC boost controller off. And do as described to the WG rod go a couple o turns tighter from where you are curently and then tighten the rjc controller up as needed

Thanks guys, i wasnt sure the rod would still have some control. I will try it, Hey Rick, just an fyi the shell station in Manteno on rt. 50 has sunoco 110 leaded in for 5.79 a gal.

I had the same issue. Now my RJC valve is backed way down with plenty of room to go. What's race gas?;)

I'd turn in the rod at least 5 turns, then turn out the MBC to get the boost back down, this will help the low and mid range spool big time.

Thanks for all the input, Im going to tighten the rod and back out the controller. Rick , It looks like the cruise night is going to happen, i talked w/ the village yesterday and they are excited about it. I still have to meet w/ the board monday evening. The first one will be May 25(tuesday) from 6-9pm. Thanks
