How to remove FMIC

I purchased my GN with a FMIC(Precision maybe??) The question I have is do I need to remove the bumper to take out the IC or does it drop down without bumper removal? It is very large, it takes up the whole front end behind the grill. Any advice or tips would be appreciated.

I just installed a Precision front mount on my car - bumper stays on.
It was a pretty easy install, but an extra set of hands would have helped.

Bumper removal is not necessary. It should drop right out from the bottom. A helper makes the job much easier.
