http://www.go2socket.com/ Fixed for you I have tried it but it needs to be a bolt with a lot of access to tighten the set screw. I had better luck with the Craftsman damaged bolt remover.

The set screw just needs a flat blade screw driver in the video. Unless you really need to torque it down with the channel locks. Have you ever used this product?

I borrowed it from a buddy to remove a stripped exhaust stud on my tractor. It worked good for that but I haven't tried it on a rounded bolt head. I did modify it by swapping the flat head screw for a Allen bolt.

I use these type of extractors when I can't get a normal stud removal tool to bite. Sometimes I weld a nut to the problem fastener and the heat from the weld helps with removal. I agree with a sharp blow from a hammer/punch. More often than not the sharp blow would have prevented the problem in the first place

I have the best luck welding a nut on to most stripped or broken bolts.
