How to remove the slider panel on a sunroof car

looking for any info on how to remove the slider panel on a astro roof, sun roof car so it can be recovered? thanks

Been a while since I touch one but I don't think you can get it out without dropping the whole thing

Remove the headliner and locate approximately 8 nuts holding the slider assembly to the roof. You will need someone to help lower it down and the whole assembly can be removed from the vehicle. Really self explanatory once the headliner and trim piece are removed. Don’t forget to save all your hardware and be aware the plastic trim piece is very fragile.

just wondering how i go about removing the center panel on an NA dash the panel that runs right across the dash from vent to vent as mine is cracked and id like to replace it.
