Just curious to know, has anyone recieved there anti-roll bar yet?!? I was one that jumped all over this when I found out about them, sent money in may, and I'm still waiting. T.I.A.

As of last week, he told me nobody has gotten theirs. He said he was DEFINITELY shipping last week. But don't hold your breath.

This is what he posted when I asked about some motor mounts:

Sorry, been out of town at the Fastest Street Car show in Reading PA. Again, I HIGHLY recommend anyone interested in nice fast cars (Buicks & others) to attend, AWESOME show every time.

I had a bunch of messages written on a couple sheets at the show that I needed to return. For some unknown reason beyond my comprehension, I can find everything else that was near those sheets, but can't find the ones I need (Highly P-O'd). On top of that, we had storms go thru here yesterday, and lost power. For another reason unknown to me, my answering machine lost all it's messages I got yesterday as well (when it rains it pours ). Sooo, if you left a message & I didn't return it, chances are you were on those sheets I can't seem to find, or lost your message with the power outage. I am in communication hell right now, trying to get caught back up. PLEASE call me again or shoot me an e-mail or fax.

Also, I have been out of stock on Motor Mounts for a couple weeks now. I have been concentrating on the swaybars as best I can to get them out ASAP. Many people have been waiting for over 2 months for them. So many things came up over the last 8 weeks, and my shipping estimates on them have been totally blown out of the water. I sincerely apologize for that mess, it is NOT the kind of service I am known for, or want to be known for. Right now I am in a transition period where I can't get more help & can't keep up on my own. 18 hrs a day, 7 days a week, and still can't keep up. I lost my welder (helper) 3 weeks ago too, so there is more work for me now as well. Also, last night my step-daughter had a little girl just after midnight. Everything went well, both are doing great. I was so wiped out from traveling & the stress (kills my neck more than normal), I passed out & never made it up to the hospital. Luckily the wife understood (kinda) and cut me a break.

I am hoping to start shipping swaybars today, and within the next 2 weeks have all back orders filled. Also, planning on welding more motor mounts this weekend and shipping on Tues/Wed if all goes well. Trans mounts have been out too, and I will be machining them this weekend too. Upper & lower CA's are next weekends project, and take a week or more to get powdercoated & ready to ship. I don't have any way to let people know on our site what is out of stock & how long a wait it is to ship them, and is about impossible to call everyone to update. I am considering doing like Mease (sorry if I got this wrong) and not deal direct & only go thru vendors. I simply can't keep up with all the calls, especially when I like to help out more & talk cars. I hate being short with people & only take orders, but if I don't then I fall behind REALLY quickly. Things should smooth out in the months to come & be back to normal, if anything ever was normal If anyone needs something in a HURRY, please mention it with your order. If I see that, I will let you know if there will be a delay, and then you can try one of our great vendors to see if they have it in stock.

He will make good for you. As suggested, just email him or leave him a message.

I'm really bummed out over this. I paid for mine back in May. Now here we are less than a month before the West Coast Nationals and I might not have it in time.

UPDATE:

Best thing I can say right now to ease the pain would be "you are not alone". There were a few people early on (and over the last 3 months) that paid up front (which was greatly appreciated, but NEVER asked for). This ensured you a top spot on our long list of orders needing to ship out. Most of the orders are credit card orders, which the majority have not been billed yet. There were a few that we billed last week because we started to box them up planning on shipping out that day. As usual, there was a glitch, and now they are the very next ones to ship. FYI, there have been only 3 kits sent out, and one was for a triple check fit on a car I couldn't find locally to test fit.

I will be thrashing all weekend (again), and will have the final parts ready so we can ship a big batch on Mon/Tues/Wed. We decided it would be best to get a bunch of motor & trans mounts that were back-ordered out this week as we worked on the swaybars. People were waiting to install engines, which we hate to delay any more than we have to. For some reason, weeks have been going by in a blink of an eye ever since the Nat's. Looking back, I probably shouldn't have been so picky & such a perfectionest. Some people mentioned that they would have been happy with the kit earlier, even if they had to paint stuff themselves & skip the powdercoating. I guess we should have done a "first" design & upgraded as we went. Guess that's my curse of doing it right or not at all.

Trying to get all the back orders out & get in gear for new orders, and keep up with the rest has been an overwhelming task to say the least. Mix in some health issues, some personal stuff, some business & financial stuff, previous obligations, etc, etc, and you might get an idea how a new project can take so long without just hacking it together & cutting corners. If you have built a motor or tackled a similar project, you know what it's like to coordinate getting all the parts & work done, so you can finally get it together & back in the car. Multiply that by around 100, and you have rough idea of what I have been going thru. Also, I have seen too many "top-name" products out there, where the powdercoating peels off because it wasn't sand blasted or prepped properly, nasty welds, poor alignment & construction, lack of instructions, poor fit, etc. I just couldn't look in the mirror if I knew I was shipping stuff like that. It is FAR from the quality products I want to be known for. As we all know, doing it the right way takes longer the first time, but doesn't need done a second or third time.

If this weekend goes well, there should be a lot of happy customers next week & the weeks to come. Hoping to get at least half of the back orders filled before we leave for Morocco event. Please don't ask me exactly who they are or to post a "list". We are doing all we can, to get as many as we can, out as fast as we can, being as fair as we can to all.

PS- It helps to see an actual name with a post, so people know who is actually saying or asking something. Not all of know everyone's "nick-name", which makes it kinda hard to help or reply sometimes. Just a thought. Also, e-mailing directly helps too. I can reply to a lot of e-mails compared to a few phone messages, because the "conversation" ends (temporarily) once I send my reply. We ALL like to talk car stuff & get all the tech info we can, which has been taking up a LOT of my time lately. With close to 30 phone messages a day, I simply can't keep up and/or return all the calls. If I keep up with the phone, then things ship out even later. No matter what we do, someone is going to get upset. We just try to please as many as we can as fast as we can :)

PAUL FERRY = QUALITY & HONESTY

Highly informative & thoughtful post, Paul.

Your conscientious attention-to-detail in both product AND Customer Service is VERY commendable!

Hang in there, you're "over-the-hump" in getting the orders out!

Sincerely, TL :)
