Can anyone tell me what kind of Garrett turbo this is? I recently purchased another grand national and to sweeten the deal he threw in this fresh garrett turbo, no idea what it will fit on or how big it is?? Castings say...On the actual turbo: Garrett A/R 48 M24, then on the manifold part it says Garrett M4 attached tag says P/N 465169-1 C/N 3517642 S/N T10749A
