Actually he can get it all out if the block drains are removed.

If RMI-25 is used with the water, any oil/coolant contamination will not ruin bearings like antifreeze will.

Distilled water with some antifreeze here.

I replaced the radiator last summer, and it still creeped up to 215 idling on a hot day with AC on high (or in stop and go traffic). I installed the RC dual fan this spring, and now it never goes over 175.
