Since the Magnum R/T was purchased, I have really begun to examine the possibility of selling the GN. The Magnum is quick & fun and can be cheaply modded to run some really respectable #'s considering it's a real car and not a toy like a Mustang, Camaro, etc. By the way, Dc needs to put this motor in a light weight sedan with a 6-speed because the Hemi motor just rocks and has amazing potential. The heads outflow LS-6 heads by a significant margin, the bottom end is really stout also, but I digress.

Anyway, with what the GN would bring I could about pay the Magnum off. Seems tempting - please talk me out of it.

A light weight car with that V8 would be cool but don't look for it until emission laws are changed. Cars over 3500lbs get an emissions break and we get high horsepower porkers. There is zero incentive to make a lightweight car in detroit, in fact, just the opposite.

I Like the Magnums too, but in ten years the Dodge won't be worth squat and your GN will probably have nearly doubled in value. Plus you have to figure that in order to make that Magnum run with a GN it won't be too cheap. I'd try and hang on to the Buick :)
