I need a Lier Siegler piece

I need the Lier Siegler interior that goes at the top of the front windshield at the front of the headliner board. I know I can get paint and paint the piece the correct color, but pretty much the paint never stays on the piece. The piece is metal and is as long as the front windshield. it actually covers the front clips for the headliner. That is the only pice that I need to make the interior complete.
