I need a new box for my scanmaster

Anyone ever take the guts out of an old scanmaster and put them in a new box? How do I get a hold of Turbo Bob? My scanmaster came from Florida and it seems to be a little warped. If I tighten the screws down the buttons don't work.

I'm guessing he has a few boxes laying around.
