I need help removing dash plaque.

Hey guys i need help on how to remove the tabs to remove the dash plaque because im replacing it with a new one. But i dont want to remove the dash board. Or do i have to??

Not sure how to take it out but what kind of condition is the old one in?? I may be interested in it if it is decent. Mine is butchered. Thanks.
