i need the correct upper radiator hose.. help!

Update:
Installed the Modine 951 (finally!)
Had anther hose (GM 88908757) laying around.
You will need to cut about 1" off the thermostat end, and about 1.5" off the radiator end. The listed hose fit perfectly after the minor mod.
