I sent it back to TCS about two weeks ago and they can't find it, or they are just not returning my calls!:(

Norbs, did you ship it to TCS in Havasu City, Nevada, USA? Also, by what means of shipping? See if there is a tracking function they can do?

I shipped it in the mail, only can Track while in Canada. But the address i put is not in Nevada, but Arizona? yes lake havasu though

2180 college drive
lake havasu
AZ 86403

The converter is there , arrived in a garabge bag, i packaged it so well too, just unreal. Rusty is going to take care of everything. I feel better now

Well all is not fine, converter still not yet back, supposed shipped a few weeks ago. Just bad luck i guess with shipping

Converter is finally home, I will be dealing with the "Canadian distributor of CK, the over the border stuff is such a hassle, i know the US distributors feel the same way.

Norbs,

Glad to hear your converter made it home, but not about how long it took to get there and what it (and you) had gone through.

By setting up here in Canada, we are hoping to alleviate alot of the hassle involved with cross border shipping and it's delays. As well as save the end customer some of the cost involved.

We are still getting ramped up on inventory, but over the winter we are hoping to stock what everyone here needs for the buildup and preparation for next season.

I am not sure if you will be able to install that converter and see how it behaves, but keep us updated on your progress.....

tcs convertors work great but the company needs to work on its customer relations manners, especially in a forum where everyone knows when you walking around with a skidmark in your undergarments:D norbs, was the convertor wearing a beard too?im glad you got it back and hope you utilize our canadian offices in the future.thanks.

Im sure nearings converter wil be coming back to you soon ...hes on the ship right now and hasent said to pull it yet so in my driveway it sits

I drove it down the road night before last trying to diagnoise something else ..I rolled into the throttle about 1/2 way riding along in 3rd gear It didnt downshift and It went to 5500 rpm and still hadnt started pulling the car yet

I think thats a little too much stall dont ya think :D

Mike do you rebuild tranny's at your shop too? I really can't trust any local shop no more

Norbs,

We do not rebuild transmissions here. Right now CK Performance Canada is stricly a distributor of CK Performance parts.

We can however bring in fully assembled transmissions to your specs. Chris builds and tests each one before shipping and this ensures the quality and reliability is there in every unit.
