I will have to say that my fix for now is common sense and a tip from a senior member-Jerryl. I was able to solve my problem only because people on this board help each other out. Here is how I did it. Two steps.
1. I spent the last year tuning the Razor kit. BLAH BLAH the wire for the Razor turn on LED was not connected( The one by the boost gauge). I was relying on the dash power boost light because my knock gauges are below the radio. This situation allows an intermittent short which screwes up the hot air solinoid. I would tune the razor kit for knock(no allky due to short) and then the car would flood because the wire would connect and I got Alky. The only I discovered this problem was by pushing the ALKY test button.
I then called Julio at Alky control and he put me through several tests. Julio diagnosed the problem very quickly.
2. Jerryl helped me out at the same time I was figuring out my knock issue. Jerryl told me to lean out the TT chip. I took his advice and leaned it out to BLM 122.
The only reason I got a good tune quickly is diagnosing my Razor wiring problem, Julio at Alky Control solving it, and Jerryl advising me to lean out the TT chip. I am very good at adjusting the Razor Alky control since I spent the last year chasing a bad wire by chasing knock numbers.
I am now running all correct numbers and knock at maybe 1.5 degrees. I will sit for awhile and decide if I want to tune futher than the scanmaster allow. In my case the downpipe and poly motor mounts have cashed me out. Let me know if I can be any help. I always share info.
