Well, looks like my tranny is on the outs. Has been shifting soft the last week, with a 2 to 3 flair, so I dropped the pan a few days ago, fluid was in good condition, and no excessive clutch material. Tonight I heard the whine of death. Pulled over and rechecked the fluid, and saw that it was good. BTW temps have never been over 200 deg. Can't tell the exact temp because The VDO guage I have is useless to try to read under 200 deg. Guess its's time to start saving up for a build. I am hoping to send it to Bruce, but the downtime is gonna kill me (it's my daily). Feels terminal, and I am not happy about it.

That I may be. Maybe that's why I feel like I relate to my fellow boost junkies on this board. Anyway, your reputation and presence in the TR community is advice enough. I have had this thing built twice, and both times have hardly outlasted the warantees, and have never really been satisfied with the shift.

Hope to do it up right this time around.
