i want 6500 rpm shifts

Anybody have a clue on how much weight to remove from the govenor to get 6500 shifts? Im having to do it manually right now, but i dont want to shift the car anymore.

reducing the secondary weight at both of the outer narrow rails to 1/3 of its original size will usually net the desired results with a 15 inch tire and a 3.42 final drive.also can raise tv limit pressure and then raise tv downshift spring to eliminate too easy passing gear which is a result of raising tv limit spring tension
