Yes to 3 holes go to the turbo and the middle on is turbo and actuator and the other hole takes the actuator only.

Looking at the picture I posted,the top hole is the front of the bracket.From that hole to the middle hole is 2 3/4in and from middle hole to the last hole is 3 1/2in and then the smaller holes are for the wastegate.Hope that helps.

are those center to center measurements?
I have 2.75 between all the bolts on my turbo.so the 3 bolt 3.5 away wont work unless you measured it wrong and its also 2.75

Yes center of the hole to center of the hole.

You can see in the pic that 2nd to 3rd hole is much longer than 1st to 2nd but you can re-drill to fit you turbo if your hole are closer.
