ID My Chip?

I've got Ryan Alberties car here for some work and I'd like to positively ID his chip.

I'm pretty sure its a Red's 93, but I'm just curious what the other numbers mean...

There is a "R93" in the center, a "6" in the top right corner, a "6" in the bottom left corner and a "7" in the bottom right corner...

He's complaining of slow boost build-up. He has a new wastegate solenoid, wastegate actuator and GM wastegate hoses with the proper orfice.

Any insight is appreciated.

Sounds like a "Red's" chip, and fairly common symptoms. Those chips are REAL rich in many places and tend to kill spool.
