Couple quick and easy questions. I just bought a used TE-60 with a Garrett housing stamed A\R .60 M24 L. Is this the smaller housing I read about, the .63? And is there any way to identify a HD wg actuator? This one has a sticker with some part numbers on the side. TIA

OK thanks, none of the numbers on it start with 1. I have a BstC commander that will take it to 22 psi which will be safer until I decide to run the 2nd solenoid.

Anyone know about the housing?

Easiest way to check the actuator is with regulated compressed air into it.

Where it starts to move is the spring tension usually 10 on the stocker and 13 on a HD will start to move them.

Give or take a pound or two depending on gauges and regulators and all.

Yes that is the smaller housing.
Thanks Frank, I wasn't entirely sure...I'm a stock turbo guy until now:D . Looking forward to trying it out with my D5 to see if it will spool ok. Got a 2800 Pro Torque TC to add after trying out the D5. This is for the GN, the Red T gets it's stock turbo along with some porting. I have exhaust fin damage on the Red car stock turbo.

I have a TE-60, 2800-12" works good for me:cool:
Cool:cool: The TC I have is a 12". Have you ran that combo? Wondered what the mph/hp you've attained at what boost?

I've only ran my GN 12 passes total, and not with slicks, so my ET would be how hard I want to launch it. Don't know if I want to beat it like the Red car on launch:eek: :D

No times yet everytime at the track something breaks and not
talking about old parts. In next couple of weeks will try to improve my et times before engine rebuild.
