Identifying front coil springs

Removed my front coil springs and trying to ID the manufacturer who made them. Found CSS 4P88 stamped on each one. Has to be from a company who was around back in 1987 / 88 as this is when they were put on. Google hasn't turned up anything. Thinking of staying with these instead of coil overs as I already have the stance on the car right where I want it.
