Does anybody know what idle rpm this cam should have in a stoke stroke 109 block? I am trying to adjust the IAC and my scan master displays 00 at about 1000 RPM, when I try to increase the IAC count to the recommend settings Idle RPM is way to high

Sounds like there's a vacuum leak

You're IAC doesn't set the idle, the chip does.

The IAC is just there to be able to hold the idle when the engine's load changes due to accessories, temp, etc...

Since you're scanmaster is reading Zero, it sounds like you have the throttle blade opened too far (or a major intake leak) and Zero is as closed as the computer can get.

Try closing the throttle blade until the IAC reads something greater than Zero. Then turn the car off, KOEO and set the TPS, then start it and see where it idles.

I found out the reason why I couldn't get the car to idle. It was the ignition module I purchased from Autozone, I returned it for another one and the car idled great
