That roadmaster wagon off the miami craigs looks almost too nice to do a swap with, but it'd be one heck of a daily driven sleeper and parts store runner.
As long as there is just light underside surface rust and the body along with frame are solid, seems like a steal at that price.

Be interesting if someone decides to take a nomad and had made a tb v6 hybrid out of it also.

Is It an Olds Custom Cruiser Grumpy? Those things are so comfy to ride in and with a TB v6 must be a blast to enjoy.

88 RX7 and a 92 Olds wagon here both V6 Turbo powered. they are a blast to drive... SLEEPERS !!
I really wanna do this one day! I am so tempted to buy this one and do it lol

Not really sleepers but how about a 40 Willys coupe kit car or better yet a twin turbo 32 highboy with no bonnet side panels to let it be seen. For the sleeper effect a early Chevy II with dog dish hubcaps and stock TR exhaust with a cutout.

That article has a link to an eBay listing but I didn't click it.

I know it's a heavy car but I would do a 69 GS Riv in black.

Bustang. Plenty parts available everywhere.

I was scrolling through the list of suggestions and I realized that you hadn't stated a goal.
Is this supposed to be a sleeper? For a sleeper I'd want something really ugly and unassuming (924 porsche, 60's falcon, maverick, pinto, pacer)
Or just something lightweight & fun? (miata, rx-7, mg/triumph, chevy II, corvair, vega/monza, vw rabbit/fastback, 70/80's corvette, Avanti- that one falls in the ugly category as well.)

Something easy to drop in and go, or something that will need some fabrication work?
