That is Daves house and it's beautiful !! Huge flat back yard, Killer two car garage under the house, two car garage on upper level. Great buy! house is practically brand new. The reason he's selling/moving is for a better mountian view!

Pretty much the same thing in Minneapolis. You could buy a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage home for under 200K but after you make it livable again it would be over $300K easy.

Thats a nice house, I am way to much of a city person though and would probably drive myself crazy living someplace "quiet".
