Ignition module/coil pack wiring

Just curious what would happen if when hooking up the wires from the ignition module to the coil pack 2 of the wires were switched...with the all blue wires #2 is in the middle but let's say you switched #4 and #6...would the car run like crap?...I would assume it would because it would only be firing on 4 cyls...or am I wrong?
 
if you mixed up getting ign module to coil pak wires yellow /green /blue to their respective coils yes it will run lousy if at all since if you switched two you onlt would have one coil firing in sequence , the other two out of sequence , two cylinders would fire as they should and the other four would be way out of time

if all you switched was the common connected blue side feeds and they were still all on one side of coil pack (1 to each coil) then no problems
