I bought a new pump because the old one was leaking, now the new one is leaking after less than a year.
I started with a used SMC dual nozzle kit. The pump died, so I plumbed it to use an external shur flo, then installed the second shur-flo after the leaks. I have the pump located where the charcoal canister once lived. I still use the dual nozzle, and the SMC controller. I keep the controller on 5, and I don't adjust the pump for high pressure via it's own switch. I assumed that less pressure = less chance of the new one springing a leak. I was wrong. I use denatured alcohol only.
Thoughts before I throw in the towel? I want to just start fresh and buy Razors kit complete including new up-pipe and nozzle, but I fear that I will end up with a leak on the pump as it is the same as mine.
