Drove my car to the track this weekend and watched a BB Nova drive away from me I know he didnt drive his car to the track like i did but it still didnt set to well with me: I would have got him on race gas... I was thinking that instead of buying another drum of C16 like i do every year id buy a alcohol kit instead From the poll that was run i see alot of good thing said about the alkycontrol system and the owner. I know a few guys running the SMC kit and like it alot. Im wondering sense my Felpro already uses a 3 bar MAP sensor can it also be used to run the alkycontrol?Or do i need a stand alone 3 bar MAP dedicated
to controlling the pump speed? At 16# boost and 20deg timing i run 10.6 to 10.8 in street trim and would like to see low 10,s
Would this be a realistic goal?

Check with Razor directly. His kits are not "one size fits all". He can sell you exactly what you need, for your specific purposes, and no unnecessary extras. You need a good alky pump that is capable of moving a lot of methanol for your bonzai runs.

yes, very realistic. 8's on the other hand.. dunno.

No separate 3 bar needed.. if you have one already, its a non-issue.

Geno, please post your results asap. I've been thinking of doing the same thing as you, but I don't see alot of guys with all the parts that you and I have going to alky. Good luck with it! I bet you could go high 9's on the alky.

The Nova has run a best of 10.2 so my 9.9 best on race gas will get him. I wont need no stinking nitrous or race gas just drive to the track with this alky kit and pump gas
