American made means BMS forging or Billet. In my experience from recent searching. If you can find a used BMS forging or billet it could be anywhere from $500 to $1000 and you probably won't know the true condition until you get it in your hands. There is a new BMS forging machined by Modlex for sale here for ~$2300. http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/stage-ii-tech/282105-brand-new-3-625-moldex-crank.html A new billet is going to be $2500 or more. Everyone else says TA keeps crower billets on the shelf for $2700. If you can't find a used piece and don't want to pay $2000 or more your not going to get an american made crank.

Have a stock stroke, wide journal BMS(?). Crank journals have been hard chromed to standard specs

thank every one for replying i found one at arizonagn.com he had six eagle 4340 cranks i paid 795$ plus shipping

he bought the last six from eagle

but eagle told me if he can get 300 people interested they would start producing again i dont know how to do a sticky but i think this is worthy i going to give jegs and summit and try to get them to order quite a few

I think all of the Eagle cranks were forged in China like the other lower priced forged cranks. I believe Eagle finish machined the cranks in the US but they were made in China. Like someone posted above I think the only US made forged cranks were made by BMS. I am all for buying American products were possible but unfortunatley forged Buick cranks and rods are almost impossible to get US made.

Saw a new Eagle 3.400" crank sell on ebay less than a month ago for $600+. As I recall it was offered by either Summit or Jeggs
