I had traded springs with incharge. i sent him mine, but never got his in return. after tracking the package- fedex said it had been delivered. I sent Ed an email, and he promtly called me back, and called fedex. Come to find out, fedex had delivered it 2 houses down to the wrong address ( not Ed's fault, fedex's fault). but i was very happy with how Ed (incharge) handled the situation. and he was very quick to ship the springs also.
