INCREASE 5200 rpm to5800 shift point

my 200r4 is shifting at 5200,,i would like to raise that to5800 at wot....BUT will these modifications affect shift timing and feel on the street......and most importintly what must be done to achive this

cut 2 coils off the spring on the governor put a ribbet on the hole so that when you put the spring back it won't jump out on hard launches or vibration, also you can drill a few holes on each the side of the weight to make it lighter i say 2 holes on each side and that should make the weight even ligher and should raise your shift point higher just like you want to do, but you can overdo it and end up hitting the rev limiter this is a miss a trial type of modification, good luck.
