There is no solid answer.

Your chip manufacturer should tell you the baseline pressure.

Usually it's between 40 and 45 psi. static measured, ie. hose off.

I'd start with 42/43psi. and watch your scantools.

Or contact the chipmaker and ask them.

I am no expert but it is as stated by Salvage6. A solid answer would also imply a calibrated gauge, injector flow exactly to previous cars and matched, matched intake flow, etc. The chip maker will get you real close and you need to tune from there.
