Injector Size

just got a regal it has 40lb injectors and a stock turbo[had a big turbo but was sold before I got it] will these injectors work with this turbo? what size are stock...thanks John

The stockers were rated at about 29lbs. The 40lb ones you have should work just fine with your turbo. What chip do you have? The chip is what needs to be matched to the type injectors being used. http://gnttype.org/techarea/fuelsystem/injflow.html

I believe stock are around 30lb injectors. I think they may be a little smaller like 29.5lb or 28lb. Those 40's should work fine with the stock turbo as long as you have a chip burned for them from Red Armstrong or any of the other vendors.

got 3 chips jay carter street,red 108,and red race with lockup and 21 + psi are chips made for turbo size and injector size or just injector? The motor pours black smoke when kicked.....
