Inovate LC1 Wideband A/F Set Up

Here is a Inovate wideband kit that I paid $300 for a couple of years ago and never installed it until a couple of months ago. The damn thing worked great for 2 days and then went on the blink (displayed nothing) ? I tried several different things to fix it and even had my buddy Marty that had installed plenty of these check it out and couldn't get it to work. Haven't got a clue whats wrong with it so I just bought a new one. This is all there (except for the gauge cup) Good for parts pieces ?? O2 sensor was only in the car for two weeks. Heck it could of even been installers error, I don't know. $50 and $12 shipping for the whole damn thing.
Part number on the box is : 3768 Standalone.
