Installing extender chip.

I'm installing my extender chip today, and the gray wire from D11 is supposed to go over to the center console hot wire for the light. That was has been cut and is just laying there. I tried to find the positive wire from the harness so I could get 12v dc power back to the console light, and then hook up the ECM, but can't seem to find part of the wire coming out of the harnesses. Could someone tell me where under the dash I will find the other part of that wire? Thanks.
