Instructional video for 200-4R?

I was just wondering if anyone knew of the most helpful video(s) or if this one I found is any good for rebuilding our tranny. I saw one in JCWhitney for a 200-4R but I am not too sure what it really consisted of. Im more interested in just seeing how these things are put together, then to actually rebuild mine from the video. Thanks in advance.

Try this site. I got the Video and Manual for the 200r4 though them. I find it very helpful.

I think Bruce has already posted quite a bit of information on this site, but I'm unsure if he has ever made a compilation of it to market. I do know Chris has a book that covers it, I'm unsure if anyone has made a cd as yet.
