well i got some pics up of my intake. the pics are before i welded and grinded the erg hole smooth and i also took a grinder to the welds on top of the intake and made that smooth as well. and i also put a freeze plug in the egr pipe hole in the back of the intake. also there are a few pics where i decided to put my nozzle for my methanol injection. you can see these pics at

right now the intake is at the power coater so i will get more pics when i get it back

who did the work? how much? i gave mine to i win engineering and all they did is gasket match for 350 i was pissed off about that.

i just got mine done by my uncle....i can put pics up tomorrow....

damn you went to town on that intake tho man....you cut it all up dont look bad tho....

how much does the powder coating cost...i want to get mine done b4 i reassemble...that is if the price is right

hey

i just got my intake back from the power coater take a look. u can see in the pics where i welded up the egr port and smoothed it out and put a freeze plug in the egr pipe hole. i havent scraped out where they had the plugs and stuff so u will be able to see the extra power coating around the holes. well go to my web shots the Boost2311 web shots the secong one in my sig. also i got the intake side of the turbo coated as well. and a FYI the power coating total for both was $85

the injectore bungs got cleaned up as well and should result in a much better spray.

hey

the port work was already done u just couldnt really tell in the pics because of all the black. i just got the intake on tonight all i have left is to put the turbo back together and get the up-pipe hot coated and power coated the thermostat housing. i will post more pics later. i hope to get the car to the paint shop monday.
