I've got 3 intercooler cores that when stacked measure 13w x 14.5h x 2.5t. I had them spot welded together when I was thinking about making my own intercooler. They have 21 rows when they are stacked the way I have them. One of the cores was made by Modine and it was brand new. My plan was to reuse stock tanks and a Duttweiler neck. But plans changed and a little extra cash flow allowed me to buy a FMIC.
I work for a company that makes air brakes for mass transit trains. These cores were used for cooling the compressed air before the pressure went to the brakes.
