I am looking to replace my intercooler hoses with reproduction hoses (my hoses are original and have never been replaced). Just wondering how hard it would be to replace them. I assume the two hoses on the upper pipe wouldnt be too difficult because there pretty much right in front, but would i need to disconnect and drop the intercooler down to put the third hose that connects to the turbo on? Thanks for the help

By removing just a couple bolts you could have the intercooler loose so you'd have more room to work. Replacing just the hoses shouldn't take more than 30-45 minutes.

Two on the bracket on the passenger side of the IC, and one on the driver's side. There's also one bolt that attaches to the IC from underneath the bracket on the pass. side IIRC.

I got the hoses from highwaystars they look great best reproductions I've seen.

Are you trying to keep the car 100 percent original? If so I would go with highwaystars. If you want a stock appearing heavy duty hose that will not blow off under boost go with Kirbans they look close enough to stock and are a tight fit.

Thanks
Bill
