Uhhh, explain the sparkler and oil please ---

I believe the hose he has hooked up to the compressor was to get the turbo spinning then he removed it after he placed the sparkler and poured the fuel in. The sparkler was igniting the liquid he poured in and that was spinning the turbo. The sparkler is the motor. Basically, how our engines work minus the engine. LOL I think the knob he is turning is controling how much fuel he is letting in.
