so i guess its true that Mr lou help you out with funds and parts to get your SO CALLED 9 sec car to where it's at.. if it wasn't for him and his tools & shop, you wouldn't even own a running Buick.. so yea, i had Anderson build me my motor whats the big deal about that?? at least i had fun running the car when i owned it and i wasn't changing out head gaskets every weekend like youself because of your great tuning skills....

and if you need some money, hit me up. it sure sounds like you do that alot too ..

First off I Mike! I "Brent" paid for my motor and the parts in it! The only thing I didn't pay for was the block! Ray Fletcher hooked me up with that. Thanks Ray! Lou did give me a deal I'm not gonna say he didn't but after going thru my recipes the other day I was close to $60K and that doesn't coun't the cost of the car. That's from day one when I bought it! So I guess you can say Lou did everything for me "all for free".

Tuning skills: I ran 28psi with stock Iron ported heads and a Turbo Tweak Chip 10.12@ 132mph w/ RJC headgaskets I never once blew one of his head gaskets either. The heads would dance on the block and I would get exhaust gasses in the cooling system. Everytime I would pull the heads for piece of mind the RJC where perfect. I sure miss doing Head Gaskets.

Also help me understand this "if you need some money, hit me up. it sure sounds like you do that alot" I'm a little confused do you know something I don't?

I have pleasant memories of hanging out with Brent & watching him grow with his project.He was a very bright student bordering on genus & without the dedication he would not gotten off first base.It was amazing to watch him learn what it took me 42 years in such a short time. He challenged me & took this whole thing further than I would of imagined possible. Am I disappointed that he's on hold with his project yeah. It seemed that the car is what kept both of us motivated & close friends.I really used to look forward to him coming over & working on it.Now he hardly calls. As far as taking credit it could not of happened without equal effort.Anytime he's ready & steps up to some form of programmable management.We will see at least a 9.80 E.T. slip. He has the engine to do that with. When it comes to racing no one can do it all. Takes all sort of degrees of talent to make it happen.There is nothing more I can do for Brent so I'm looking forward to helping out the next person that needs a break.Let no one think I'm getting rich here either.Lucky if I make rent anymore. I think it would be great for someone like Scott or Wicked with XFI experience to lend a hand. No substitute for experience & mistakes are expensive.So Nordy & Brent leave the badgering,name calling,insults,childness to the professionals like myself. The both of you are a couple of amateurs at these matters so stop making ass's out of yourselves. Nordy isn't also common knowledge & don't deny it if it wouldn't of been for Harold doing your turning you couldn't of gotten out of the 10's lol

I didn't claim to be a expert, but I think I can get by. :wink: Wiked tunes XFI's? Damn, I could've saved myself alot of time and trouble, but alas... I prefer to keep my motor intact and running

It hasn't had anything to do with me not wanting to keeping in touch.
