Is a TFT Dash possible?

As the title implies. Is it possible to put a TFT full digital dash in like modern cars have? Or is it just too new and would be cost prohibitive?

I did this to my car. not my GN but a 2000 Honda civic i own. i put a digital cluster from a 2008 Honda s2000 and looks and works great. cost me about $500.00 in parts but well worth the outcome. I'll post some pictures of it. I did do the Lesabre cluster on my GN and was definitely an upgrade compared to the stock cluster.
