Is my 1-2 shift too early?

Just normal light throttle driving my car shifts into second at around 10mph is that normal or is my TV cable off? We just set it a month or so ago after we put the new trans in.

Seems a little low. 15 MPH just barely breathing on the pedal is where mine shifts. 20MPH or even a little over at 1/4 throttle.

I just checked and it shifts at 1900rpm into second
