i have a custom 66 turbo by gn1 performance and was wondering if its too big for my current set up in my signature. If it is what would be the best turbo for my set-up? im looking to get low 7's out of my car in the 1/8th. I'm getting ET radials also.

I used to have a Turbonetics CPT 66 on my car before the stroker motor went in and it was a blast on the street, spooled quickly but I had an Art Carr 3400 NLU converter. Your 2800 stall may be a little tight but not much. Are you having spool up issues? I dont know anything about the turbos from GN1 Performance though...A 66 turbo should be able to get you into the 6's in the 1/8 th with a good tune as long as the heads flow well enough.

Technically the compressor is not to big for your motor but you should look into the exhaust wheel size as the bigger turbine spools much slower the the p trim or 65 turbine.if you do have the bigger 68 wheel you would need a 9 inch Converter to make the combo really work.
