I am getting blue smoke out of the exhaust. ALL of my spark plugs have oil on the threads. My guess is that the PCV valve is sucking oil into the motor (explains why ALL the plugs are wet, and not just one or two). I am using an intake gasket that does NOT have a valley pan. I had to make a shield for the PCV valve so that oil wouldnt splash into it and get sucked up. I still think that the PCV valve is sucking some oil though. So what I did was I plugged the port on the vacuum block to the PCV valve to see if the blue smoke will go away in the next day or two. Is this ok?? Will I hurt anything by not using the PCV valve? Thanks guys!

P.S. the throttle body is NOT oily.

ask reds hot air, he uses no EGR or PCV. he said he cant afford to have any oil in the intake on his boost levels or something like that.dont valve cover breathers also keep the crankcase ventilated? blue smoke and oil on the plugs, you might have some blowby or a blown head gasket:eek: sure hope not tho. sounds like your burning some oil.
