i had an issue w/ water in the exhaust i figured it was a blown head gasket. Well just got around to changing head gaskets and started it up and its still pissing water out the exhaust. I'm guessing cracked block if it isn't what could it be.

You will have to elaborate more on "pissing water out the exhaust". Water out the tail pipes? Are you sure it is cooling water and not condensation in the exhaust system? Does it do it all the time...on first startup...after the car has been driven?

When its running there is a puddles of water comming out of the downpipe, when it first happened i thought it was condensation but after a big puddle formed i knew it wasn't the case. as soon as the car starts up it starts pissing water

Possible internal crack in head. Are they ported? If so maybe ported to much? I would lean toward a head issue before block.

heads are ported, justhad them milled to remove reciever grooves which i thought were the initial issue for the water leaking

Are you running a open downpipe?

You would be surprised how much moisture will be generated before the exhaust heats up to temp.

Sitting at idle the exhaust would take a long time to get hot.

My car will drip water out the tail pipes if I let it sit idling. It's not till I take it out and heat it up good that the moisture goes away.

water takes a long time to get out of the mufflers after a blown HG

never had an issue w/ the heads before, and i start and water starts comming out the downpipe and i can see it dripping out of both sides of the crossover, and oil is milky.

likely a breach in the head. Could be a an incorrectly toqued head, warped head, cracked head, lots of things. One trick I use is to use a coolant pressure testor. Start with a cold motor, pull the plugs so you don't hydro lock the motor and pressurize the cooling system. If water starts pouring out the plug holes or into the exhaust, you've found the culprit. This way you don;t have to heat up the motor or risk galling the block. You can rotate the motor by hand and shop vac out the water via the plug holes, just use a funnel duct taped to the hose of the shop vac so that water doesn't sit in the combustion chamber.

I would think it needs to come out.

Must be a cracked block but still could be cracked heads unless you had them checked when they were rebuilt.

That would be better than a cracked block..

..

the place that did the heads only milled them, i called to ask if they went though them. So im going to have high flow go though the heads
