No, that's an old Hypertech chip. VERY VERY old school performance chip, and very little performance at that.

Would that explain why my oxygen sensor isn't working?

Not likely since its a major component in fueling. The O2 is probably shot or wiring ...

Check my latest post in your other thread. I asked about whether you're letting the car get into closed loop operation. doesn't sound like it.
