fyi i hate when the story gets bits of info only after a dozen back and forths and now we learn its a DFI conversion
something to be aware of when doing a dfi conversion is the dfi used MAP for fueling , but it did it by sending the map signal into the MAf wire to get to the ecm harness sometimes it used a jump harness similar to the alckycontroll harness but it conencted to the maf plug or may be wired into the maf signal wire , if you didnt disconnect the map sensor signal from the MAF wire you get a map and maf signal on the same wire and it wont stay running ..try unplugging the three bar map sensor as long as the wire to ecm wasn cut to splice in the map you'll now have a clean maf signal
if you set this engine up from parts want it to stay running you still need tps and iac set properly( iac can be set after start but throttle door needs to be close to where it needs to be to start) and a properly functioning MAF
