Is this turbo intake trashed?

I picked up a used turbo off someone just to have it rebuilt and put on the shelf for a spare. Well I took it apart and found the blades were scraping the inside of the housing a bit. It had some pretty good up and down and in and out play. Before I send this thing off to be rebuilt is it even worth it? I don't want to bother if this thing is trash. I was going to have is polished up nice but I don't know now. Lemme know thanks!

yea I wasn't sure. At least I got the turbo for free! Although I sent some pictures to a turbo re-builder and he "thinks" it's ok to use again Anyone else think it's shot?
